Getting all the arches put into the main living space!

Almost finished framing the back new addition!!

Standing in the driveway this is the laundry room.

From the backyard the larger room on the left is the master bedroom and the laundry room is to the right. In between is the porch.

The house from the driveway closer to the street. I like how the addition is kind of hidden and if you were at the street you could not tell that it was there.

Standing in front of the fireplace after the mantel got taken out. Putting in new tile on the ground because the old tile was cracked in alot of places, also getting a new mantel.

This picture was taken standing inside the master bathroom, Ken is inside the hall/guest bathroom. We had to take out most of the wall between the master bath and the hall/guest bathroom to get the plumbing fixed.

Today they put concrete block where the new addition in the back of the house will be.

Wednesday thru Sunday: January 21-25

Andrew made it to Atlanta to see the house! YAY! He loved it, after he got over the shock of how it looks right now!

Mrs. Jan helping us pick out brick and pavers for the new foundation on the back of the house and the front porch. She is so great!!!

The concrete truck came to start pouring the foundation on the new build in the back of the house and the front porch. This was Andrew's favorite part!

Where the new front porch is going to be, it extends to where the footings are.

Getting Andrew's opinion on which pavers he liked. We went with the one on the left.

One of the framers dropped a board through the hall bathroom ceiling. This ceiling didn't even need to be fixed, well i guess it does now!

Standing in the master bathroom this window looks out to where the master bedroom will be. This window will become a case-opening into the master bedroom.

This is the phone "nook" in my hallway. It is staying in the house (being painted though) so we do not want anyone to take it out when they are doing demolition.

Demo inside...

The wall between the kitchen and the dining room has been knocked out and they put an arch

They took down the header and wall between the hallway and the living room.

You can tell where the arch is going to be now between the two rooms.
